Worked in GTA carrying tree branches and feeding them to a wood chipper, Shoveling wood chips into truck and fresh topsoil into dug out stump holes. Followed and observed safety guidelines while working on active roadsides and with heavy machinery. Tracked and performed regular maintenance on all machinery and trucks. Created a job mapping and tracking program that simplified the assignment, tracking, completion reports of jobs performed in a wide area. Performing phone, email and chat support for Television & Internet Providers, All-in-one/Desktop/Tablet/Notebook Computer, Television, and Projectors. Worked at the Aylmer Library within a free program available to the public. Held one-on-one sessions with people ages 12 to 80 training simple computer skills such as using the mouse and keyboard, using windows, to website design. Also provided on-site technical support for library staff, and updated websites of all Elgin County Libraries according to their needs.
